Whenever you fill your cart with wholesale sweets, do you ever wonder where did they all come from? When you taste each kind of sweets, do you wonder who made them? Candies, lollipops, chocolates, gums, and many other confections of sugar, and cocoa have all been part of your tradition. Since childhood for sure, you have had everyday of your life start and end with your favorite sweets. But do you ever wonder when candies were born and who first invented them?

Believe it or not, candies have been in existence thousands of years ago during the existence of cavemen. Evidence showed that our earliest ancestors discovered candy by means of toughing honeycombs under the sun. Just think of it as a primitive version of lollipops.

From then on, the idea of sugary treats to eat has been passed from generation to generation. Today, to see honey-flavored candies among the packs of wholesale sweets are nothing new. However, to taste them is still a delightfully reeling experience that never gets old.

There are different kinds of candies in the market today. Every flavor, shapes and colors you could possibly think of are existent. From the usual milk chocolates, all kinds of nuts, and different refreshing and tingly flavors of fruits, all of them are available. However, aside from these normal flavors found in wholesale sweets, there are also booger and even earwax flavored candies. Either for pure fun or creativity, these flavors are nonetheless amusing.

Candies came to be because of innovative men who strived to create new ideas in sweets. Little did they know that what they have done could change the way sweets-consuming people view wholesale sweets today. Some of these men's creations were accidental although there are some that painstakingly tried every concoction and recipe just to bring out the idea that's been boiling in their minds such as Leo Hirshfield who made the tootsie roll and William Wrigley Jr. who created Juicy Fruit. - 30241
